There has been a devastating fire at a pie factory in the North. The Fire Brigade, though exceptionally quick to respond, reported that not all of the employees made it out safely. Apparently 3.141 members of staff have died in the disaster

Pi or π is a mathematical constant whose value is the ratio of any circle's circumference to its diameter in Euclidean space; this is the same value as the ratio of a circle's area to the square of its radius.
