Don't worry DS I am being very cautious......but someone has put an awful lot of work into this and it is the new head of the dept Other fascinating news that has been bought to my attention this morning is that anybody who is away on maternity leave at the moment, and is in these ring fenced positions, will automatically have to be given a post - apparently it is the law. Exactly ......and there are 4 of them that this applies to at the moment in management positions in the dept - so they are protected. Apparently on the basis that you cannot 'reasonably' expect them to come in and attend interviews and such like
