I used to know quite a few astas in S London. They were forever talking about going to fooking Ethiopia, but they never went further East than Peckham  noooo:

My pal's wife used to get up and cook that for all of us at about 4 in the morning when we were having a session ~ went down really well but I have never been able to duplicate the flavour. Dunno how they do it but those West Indian wimmin surely could cook.

He's dead now. Diabetes which led to gangrene in his legs. It's a worry  scared2:
