Indeed my orphan status arrived later in life but I still dislike the concept of both being orphaned and father's day.

I usually get a card and summat or other (last year a mug) bearing the legend 'World's Best Dad' or some similar shite. I am not, and that's that.

It's like getting a medal for something you haven't done. Commecialised craperooni too
