Twitchers

My neighbour has just rushed round demanding admittance. Apparently there are 6 Spoonbills nearby. So exciting  noooo:

He is out there on the balcony with a mahoosive pair of binoculars demanding coffee and hobnobs while he scans the horizon.

What should I say to him?
