I seem to be incapable of remaining neat for more than 20 mins. In that time I will spill something, crease something, smudge something. It's a nightmare. No matter how hard I try I just can't remain tidy. 
Maybe you are genetically predisposed to being naked at all times

If you wear clothes, creases and spillages can be hidden more easily.
