To be honest I have never done it any other way. Avatar is stored on my Desk Top. But then I don't keep trying to change it like some.As for all this smiting ~ frankly it is not working well at all is it?I said QuoteIf you save a piccy to your PC you can upload it as normal. Same with Avatars as barmisspah? was trying to do.Otherwise you are posting a link to the picture that is hosted elsewhere on the internet.BM said QuoteThey have to be hosted elsewhere like Photobucket for instance. It doesn't however affect the 'uploading' of images as they are also hosted elsewhere.I don't see the difference apart from the use of the word "Photobucket"

So is my old avatart in your bucket then? And how would I find it
So if you are keeping them safe for us, like, how do we get them back like, out of your bucket like? I don't need that one now, it's my winter avatart
Some fascinating pics in your, cough, collection BM. What do you keep this one to remind you of?
Pleased to see you are keeping it safe. Most of you

You kept it I hasten to add it was a joke, done when everyone was being silly and changing their avartars. I changed it very quickly back...but obviously not quickly enough
