I know that this is a niche article but I'd forgotten just how bitchy the Cornish can be.. 

I clearly must have blinked and missed when Bodmin was a nice place though. I've been forced to go there a few times and it's always struck me as an underfunded care in the community extension of the local psychiatric hospital.  noooo:

It says it was inert... I'm guessing it is just the throw-away bit of a missile system, not something that could be reloaded and used again...?
