I must be missing something here. They wanted to sail round the world. They got kidnapped etc because they went near Somalia. After release, they said "Sod you" and sailed off the other way, resuming their dream after a setback.

Why are we not wishing them well?

Originally they were advised not to take the route they sailed when they were kidnapped but they choose to do so anyway. Then followed over a year of angst , turmoil and distress for their family. Not to mention the cost.

So yes - go and enjoy yourself and fulfill your dream but don't expect the search party if owt else happens
