I think that this guy is less of a performance artist and more a screaming nut job, his previous 'performances' have incliuded sewing his mouth closed, and stripping naked and wrapping himself in barbed wire.  eeek:

Found out why it was an hour before he was arrestred, the police were otherwise occupioed

Russian police — Get lucky

On balance nailing your bollocks to the pavement may have been less painful than listening to that judging from the expressions of some of the audience  lol:
