If you are now admitting that having legally binding targets failed the consumer and drove up prices then why the hell are you waiting 6 bloody years before scrapping them? If I was the cynical sort I'd suspect that you were putting it off to keep the handouts from the green energy companies for as long as possible.  Banghead

I used to employ a CAD guy.... when I closed the business I went through all the PCs removing personal data... I found his machine was loaded with bestiality porn!  Shocked:

We had an op[en plan design office and he sat right in the middle of it - how he accessed the stuff without everybody seeing I still don't know....  noooo:

Prolly just using your IP address to download and copy across to other media so any tracing would lead to you first

A so called security cleared and trusted litle IT shit that worked where I was did just that with kiddie porn.   He's spent several terms in jail since.  Why let him out?
