Sack this fucking idiot headmaster   cussing:
Seconded

What a complete tosser.

Chris Snowdon nails this one rather well...

Actually he seems to miss it spectacularly

A school has a healthy food policy, debateable but the policy was there and clearly laid out what would happen if the parents did not obey it - they would have to pay

So what does the headmaster do.  Ignores his own policy and attacks the kid instead who will have a lifelong impression that authority is there to be abused.  And that's why the headmaster has to go.

And now that his parents have complained about this tosser to the media what does he do? He expells the kid AND his little brother on under the context of  a 'persistent and deliberate breach of school policy, such as bringing in crisps, biscuits, sausage rolls, mini sausages, scotch eggs and similar'. The odds are now that neither kid will trust authority again.

He's a complete arsehole as seems he's the one continually breaking the rules.  All he had to do was confiscate the meal and charge the parents as per his letter.  And then if they didn't pay take it further.

Well, whatever, nevermind

What a fecking joke........ noooo: noooo:

The moron isn't happy with the media coverage I see

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2553012/Mike-Baillon-Policeman-quit-smashing-pensioners-car-baton-admits-430-000-payoff-MASSIVE-money-insists-attack-wasnt-top.html

So you are saying that the attack wasn't over the top, that beating the hell out of the side of a range rover with your baton like some demented pinata playing moron while your colleague climbs on to the bonnet and kicks in the windscreen before hauling out the 74 year old driver is acceptable police procedure? You weren't dealing with a hardened criminal with a weapon, you pulled over this guy for not wearing a seatbelt until, likely caused by a breakdown in communication given your obvious skills in diplomacy, he drove off before you were finished with him.

Quote
The chase:
‘He wasn’t driving particularly fast, but he forced a pedal cyclist to jump off his bike into a hedge, drove on the verge when a van blocked his path and drove on the wrong side of a blind junction.’

So he wasn't speeding but made mistakes and showed some poor judgement in driving and at a guess I'd say that was down to him being rattled by you following him.

Quote
The attack:
‘It was a strong use of force that was required to get into the vehicle, to disable the vehicle and stop it going any further.’

Required my arse, firstly HE HAD STOPPED! And secondly a few seconds after you start using his car like a fucking drum you have 2 other officers appear which would indicate at least one more police car. You could have acted like professionals and blocked him in instead of acting like thugs with a badge.

I can't help but wonder how many other incidents like this you have been part of.

What makes my piss boil is he got compensation for his emotional state ......the bloke in the Range Rover got 20,000 compensation for the car ...maybe
he should claim too......

Sue the officer for emotional stress, this way any compensation comes from the money that tosser got.

Problem is we don't get to see the whole story.    The car chase was apparently over 15 minutes but the video leaked to YouTube selectively showed only on the last minute or two.  Even so you can clearly hear the sirens going and the driver should have stopped

It's also said that during that over 15 minute car chase the Range Rover driver Whatley drove dangerously more than once and had in any event driven off before while being stopped.  Whatley was the author of his own misfortune and should not have got a penny, instead incl costs he got £65k FFS

I'm not his greatest fan but imho David Davies has this one right.

Update:  here's the whole series of events:  At 4.10 rogue driver sets off when he shouldn't and then there's 17 minutes of dull blues and twos chase where the git picks roads he can't be passed on.

Smash his windows, I'd have smashed an arm or two
