He is serving life, why is he in an open prison?
He did a bunk in 2012, but the lily livered arseholes employed at huge expense give him an amount of freedom that he should not enjoy.  noooo:

A ball and chain would have stopped him, possibly I am too right wing to be a prison officer.  Shrugs:

Just wrong isn't it.  Not the prison officers fault but higher ups looking to save munny.
