Gloria, let me give you a little piece of advice. It doesn't matter what class a member of staff is any more thanr if they are male, female, black, white, asian, christian, muslim, pastafarian, gay, straight or lesbian. The only thing that we care about is IF THAT PERSON IS CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOB so stop coming up wtih useless gimmicks, like demanding to know what an employee's parents do for a living, that will do nothing more than waste public money and start developing some real policies that will be a benefit to people.
