Cross border cooperation my arse, the Falmouth Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre would have overseen the entire rescue operation and the lifeboat would likely also have been launched from Falmouth given that it returned here to send the victim to hospital. Exactly where the hell is the cross border activity?
