He's forked out over 6 grand for handsets used in other videos:

Belting one with a hammer and nail
Dropping one in boiling water
Trying to chip and scratch one with a knife
Freezing one in coke
Drilling a 'headphone' socket into one
Nuking one in a microwave
Submerging one in dry ice
