This con artist is directly responsible for the tortured death of that kid and that is all you sentence him with? he deserves far more than that, at the very least he should be banned from receiving any conventional medical treatment in the US, let him use the crap he foists off on his victims instead.

- compulsory DNA taking of any child without 2 parents listed on its birth certificate and
- at least civil liability of parents for crimes committed by their sprogs?
