Here's a thought, if you want to cut down on unnecessary spending then cancel this guys contract and sack whichever fucking idiot thought it would be a good idea to bring him aboard. At almost 2 grand per day he earns about the same per year as the combined wages of 24 Band 5 nurses!!! These would be the same nurses who have to deal with the fallout of whatever cutbacks he makes during his time there 'streamlining' operations.
