It could be driftwood but if you take a closer look at this photo



you can see what looks like the tip of a tail fin a little way behind it...  rubschin:

I know that this is a lawsuit so we don't have all the information but what the fuck? A 16 year old in custody prescribed enforced daily doses of Estrogen because they have been diagnosed with ODD? It's never been a treatment for that condition and if anything can potentially make the it worse not to mention the role that hormones have on mood. This is sounding more like an unethical experiment than anything else.

Another ammo fuck up, this time an armed response officer left ammo and other items on the roof of his car before driving off...  facepalm:
