Back when call centres were being moved offshore they wanted someone to go out there and teach the operators about British culture so that they could pretend they were still in the UK. So basically someone who could explain to the staff about Eastenders, Coronation Street, football, rugby, cricket, pop and some basic politics. It was a major company but the job seemed way too dodgy so I passed on it.
