Deadly drinking game: Barman jailed

It seems they are a renowned species the world over   whistle:

A German court has sentenced a Berlin barkeeper to three years and five months in prison after he was convicted of bodily harm with fatal consequences for a drinking match which left his teenage opponent dead.
Aytac Guzelarslan apologised ahead of Friday's trial to the family of 16-year-old Lukas Wels, who died after he served him more than 45 shots of tequila while filling his own glass mostly with water.
