Instincts are deffo to be listened to. We know things and we know not how. From time to time when the phone rings I know who it is and what they are going to tell me, always when it's bad news. I do not know how that werks.

Once, I was about 8, we had a cat who died. I was distraught. Months passed and one day the phone rang. I said to my Mum, 'That is Mrs X and she is calling to say she has found a ginger kitten for us.'

It was, and she had. Spooky

I used to get something like that from time to time, it seems to have lessened as I've got older thank goodness - it always used to make me feel sick to my stomache.

A coincidence:

I've just received an invoice from a supplier but normally I would have some additional information before this as an attachment to a e-mail.

I had just finished composing a e-mail asking for the supplementary information and my finger was poised to press send when up popped a box to tell me that I've just received a e-mail. So I look at that first.

It was the extra info.
