Cap'n just announced that we leaving Mahon. Next stop Palma and the plane home.  cry:

It's been a great holiday, only the occasional fractious moment with the children.

I will check with Unc about safety drill when he gets back; for the first time we had to actually file out, hand on shoulder to the lifeboats and stand to attention awaiting instruction  eeek:

The Captain, a Russian, then addressed us; I think someone said his name was Captain Djherkov  whistle:

I was watching some death crash disaster programme on Discovery the other day about a cruise ship sinking...

By the time some of the passengers had got to the boat deck the captain and crew were pulling away (snigger) in one of the life boats...  noooo:

What happened to going down (snigger) with your ship?  Shrugs:
