Ok ..since the weekend I have been having major t'internet connection problems.
Diagnosis box says problem with DSN something or other and contact provider etc.
This I have done frequently .......At what cost to my purse strings I have yet to discover

I have changed all the cables into the router , all the lights are on that should be on the router, I have put it in a cooler place , I have changed the filter on the phone socket - I have even tried a different router but all to no avail. Could no get any t'internet last night

This morning so far it is working fine

The technical advice line said the line appeared to be ok and they asked me to change the filter last night and then ring back. When I rung back they had closed for the day

Any advice if this happens again which I'm sure it will do
