Medical advice and scientific breakthroughs

So according to the news this morning if women exercised for half an hour every day, didn't put on any excess weight ...ever  ::) and limited themselves to 1 unit of alcohol a day (maximum),  they would greatly reduce their risks of getting breast cancer.

Isn't this the same scientific advice they spout for everything - don't drink , don't eat and get yourself a human hamster ball and we will all be fine . Might die of boredom but we will all be fine  noooo:

The Torygraph have NOT published my letter about yesterday's idiocy  noooo:

'Brisk exercise can halve the death rate in elderly men'

No it won't you idiots, the death rate remains constant at 100%  cussing:
