Yes I have prescription sun glasses in the car but I have reactolite lenses in my normal specs and a spare pair with just prescription lenses as spare "just in case". the Prescription sunnies are because I find sunlight dazzling but modern cars have built in UV filter in the windscreens so the reactolites don't darken until I get out of the vehicle. That's OK unless you are driving toward the sun.
