Funnily enough I have just done the same.  I rarely visit my spam file but have been expecting an email so checked three emails from 'Facebook'  I will go and delete them now. confused:

There that's done. I chose not to open the one querying if I was losing my nether 'stiffness'

Can you forward it, I deleted mine....it's for a friend like  ;)

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

I've recently had two people asking can they be my 'friend'?
Me?  eeek:
Friend? eeek: eeek: happy001

They should have a 'can you be a nasty bad tempered twat to me' requests.

Who are these people anyway?
Can I publicise their names in here to see if anyone recognises them, or is that a bit risky like? confused:

The way it works is that anyone you are already friends with may have other friends ~ Facebook tries to connect you with your friend's friends. Some people fall for it and click the OK button when it is offered. Personally I reject the suggested "connection" every time.
Another and alternative explanation is that someone you do know has located you through the "Find other friends" feature and be offering to connect with you. Again I personally reject such approaches unless I KNOW who it is. There are many people out there who I have no wish to know again.

I'm cofuslicated. confused:

I don't want to appear to be being rude by not replying to them, but I'd like to know exactly why they want to possibly converse with ME? confused:
I don't recognise their names tbh.

Don't really bother with Faceache now though after all the initial excitement of joining in all honesty.
No bugger talks to me in there anyway, besides, i find it a very 'messy' place to navigate around.
Forums are much betterer.

If you don't know 'em say "No Thanks" they could be looking for someone else or trying to get info from you. Real friends would know you well enough not to take offence.

But it could just be me memory. It's becoming very suspect.

Can you write to these peoples and ask them why they want to be my, cough, friend?

One of them actually looks quite 'fit' tbh, but I'am no push over. noooo:

I think we are all agreed that saying yes to people you don't know is unwise but you are a big boy. You decide.

But they could be friends of some of you's lot in here, and some of you's may have told them to become me 'friend' cus I'm dead nice like? cloud9:

OK, bit far fetched that I agree. cry:
