I have joined Facebook! I have been advised to 'poke' Miss D and Miss C
Serious answer .... In Facebook terms when you "poke" someone it sends them a message saying that you have "poked" them. They are then supposed to take the hint that they haven't communicated with you for a while and prompt them in to action.
On a par with watching paint dry?
