Sorry! Dinner arrived!

 Think it went ok! Seemed to be mainly about whether they thought you would fit in with the current team more than anything else. Although a bit of standard interview questioning took place. Second interviews are taking place next week. They did ask about my availabity for next week so think that is a good sign! Should hear about that either over the weekend or early next week! So is still a case of fingers crossed!

Oh yes and some literacy and mental maths written tests with some reasoning thrown in for good measure!

If anything I want it even more now. Really liked the feel of it if that makes sense!

And your biggest weakness question did come up! So was just as well I thought about it!

29 days holiday! So not too bad! Still no idea of salary though. Obviously quite a lot depends on that if they did happen to offer it to me. Wasn't mentioned today, nor in the ad and didn't feel appropriate to bring it up! :D

Assuming they offered it that is pretty much what I have decided. I'd be prepared to take a pay cut for it. The benefits package is pretty good. Travel would be an AWFUL lot cheaper. Plus benefits for promotion etc. well worth it I reckon. I think I'd be happy there too.  cloud9:

The idea of doing administration for another x years is soul destroying and this would get me out of that area.
