Little used words that exactly describe something to perfection

Uncle and I like "curmudgeonly"

There are so few really accurately descriptive words in common use these days so dredge the recesses of your minds and let's have a few.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I must confess that digusterous has entered the Kennel lexicon and is now used freely by all of us. THW says she gets some odd looks at school when she uses it but now others are catching on.
