Appointment with GP
« on: September 07, 2009, 02:03:50 PM »
Just phoned the surgery to ask for an appointment to see the quack about my back pain which is getting worse rather than better with each passing day.
"Certainly" said the receptionist "Ten past four this afternoon"  eeek:

Blimey! I was expecting a week on Wednesday if I'm lucky!
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I'm not sure I could drive that far at the moment Nick.

This needs some industrial strength pain killers and that is a problem given all the other meds I'm on.

I knew it was to good to be true. B@st@rd kept me waiting 50 minutes. He had nobody with him ~ he was "on the phone".
Still I have the painkillers and a little bottle to pee in and return.

Not going to do me any good if it is what the GP and I both think it is again!

Hence the bottle to pee in. Let's wait and see what the tests reveal before we start spending money eh?
