I have just returned home and had not eaten since yesterday evening.  Food I thought seemed like a good idea.  Something quick and easy.  I can of tuna salad Mexican style beckoned from the cupboard.  I have just thrown half of it away.  I am still hungry. evil: Never again with this pass over this threshold, unless of course I sick2:

Banana & Celery salad with spicy yoghurt dressing ...  noooo: noooo:

I have bananas, I have celery, why not combine them I thought looking through an old Seasonal Salads book? Toasted cumin, coriander seeds and cardoman .... mix into yoghurt and apply to sliced banana and lime and olive oil dressed celery ...

One of my very few dislikes food-wise  sick2: . Cardamons should be in day-glow colours so I can spot them in an indian, it's like having a mouthful of soap, very fragrant, but not for eating

Perhaps we should have a little thread called 'Food Miss D Likes'  whistle:

Meat  ( no soya substitutes )  cloud9:
Potatoes
Rice ( not the wannabe couscous !!!! )
Salad ( minus anything horseradishy / beetroot / celery of course)
Bread ( all yummy forms of  cloud9:)
vegetables ( in moderation)
Cakes of course ( as long as not tainted with anything almondy )
Sweets and chocolates
Yoghurts ( though not baby food like rice pudding and semolina )
cereals

See theres loads there
