I don't find that ice works too well for me, heat is better.

And yes, the pain is awful, and unrelenting.

I suspect that this is sciatica or pressure on the nerves caused by my prolapsed disc (did that many moons ago).
Whereas the treatment used to be loads of painkillers, valium and rest, it is now accepted that you should exercise as much as possible.
Am taking Co-dydramol (basically strong paracetomol) at present, not allowed anti-inflammatory cos of heart medication.

I was in A&E for this last year. I met a wumman who asked what I was in for (I was pacing about) Told her and  she volunteered that it was worse than the pain of childbirth, cos at least childbirth stops and you have an end product. 18 months on the pain has gone but I still limp.

It is awful

Another morning at the gym. That's on top of 3 days during the week.
Still got pain but at least I'm getting some sleep now.

Also, no Youngs since Wednesday!  noooo:

May have to give in today.

I'm trying to think of which bits have had the most use/abuse.

Can you get a bad back from wet dreams?
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

A bit more than a twinge, I feel.
