Can someone throw a bucket of cold water over Baldymort before he strains something.  eveilgrin:

What makes you think this bad back is going to take some time to cure  whistle:

It has returned, sort of.

Last 2 weeks, have had pain in hip and legs. Really difficult to sleep.

Saw GP on Friday and am now on painkillers. Could be problem with my hip or sciatica.

Anyways, painkillers and Youngs do mix that well - got a bit drowsy last night and that was after only 2 pints.
Pain still there though.

I know a nice lady chiropractor  eyes:

Not keen on them.

A friend of mine was treated by one for 10 years - she had back pain apparently caused by being quite short, having small feet and being rather well endowed.

Turned out she had arthritis, and ended up having her hip replaced - she was only in her mid-forties, so they were very reluctant to do the op, as the new hip bit only lasts 20 years and that meant she will have to have it done again.

Suction is not a word I would use when she is nearby.

Suction is not a word I would use when she is nearby or I'd be on a drip.

I am in agony.

Ended up sleeping on sofa last night.

Will now attempt a session at the gym, kill or cure again, assuming I can make it there.

I may be gone a while.

Well 40 minutes on the treadmill and then some weights. Basically I seem to have moved the pain around, now in my back instead of my leg.

Feel better after 2 bacon rolls and some more painkillers.
