35 and still touble.

Kids ey? get 'em out of their teens, and you think everything will be better.
Errrrrrr, NO. Banghead
My eldest is 35 now, never been married, no ties and the whole werld at his feet....and he chooses THIS tosser. Banghead

He had been going out with this bint who's been nowt but trouble (got some sort of mental illness involving depression...can't remember it's name)

He finally binned her 6 months ago, much to everyones relief, mainly mine, but have just discovered though a 3rd party that he's going out with her again.

The much shortened list of the many troubles that she's caused in brief:

Doing a runner to B'ham airport on Crimbo eve 2 years ago, (leaving her 2 young kids behind) with the intention of flying off to the States with just an Asda bag.
Got my son arrested for suspected theft when he snatched her bag containing her passport.

He then spends 4 days down there after she was sectioned into Hossy.

Double glazed window smashed, fag stubbed out on his front door, and his pick up truck rammed by her car....because he told her it was over 6 months ago.

I am NOT happy, but CANNOT interfere....unfortuantely. cussing:
I shall be seeing him later on this morning. eeek:

It is going to be difficult to hold your tongue this morning I feel  noooo:

She does indeed sound a nightmare but she must surely have some redeeming qualities if you're son has chosen to go back to her after 6 months  eeek:. I am presuming he is an intelligent bloke and I hope he is not going back because he feels guilty or sorry for her as he is just setting himself up for a load of grief.

Difficult for you though , as his dad,  to sit back and watch it happen  noooo:

He's too nice for his own good, that's the problem.. He's the soft Bear of the family.
Bit like his ole man really. whistle:
I've gone wrong with my training programme  somewhere. sad32:

Redeeming qualities?  rubschin:

Big Glokens...if you like fun buns that take 2 weeks to circumnavigate that is. whistle:

That's about it really.

That would do for some in here - mentioning no names  ;)

If he is too nice for his own good ( like you naturally  lol:) then why can't he just offer her a bit of support, if he feels he can , without actually getting involved again.

But then he is responsible for his own actions as well and he knows full well what it's likely to be like and has gone back noooo:

When it comes to relationships, there is no reason to expect common sense to prevail.

Prevailing.  surrender:

Like the wind then DS ~ Always troublesome and not something you can dispose of politely.

Growler ~ I promise you they get no better. My eldest are 41 and 39. Both as stupid as the day is long.

I blame their mother (mainly because I know she blames me)

That's encouraging.  noooo:

I was a bit of a nutter when I was younger, but I sorted meself out eventually, sort of...apart from the getting married again bit, and a few other minor bibs 'n' bobs like.

I managed to avoid him today, so that's not a bad thing under the circumstances, as he's supposed to be looking after my business next week while I'm away.....IF he can peel himself away from the stonkers. ::)

That'll be either the Snake Pass or the Woodhead ~ Hugely attractive scenery. Sheffield however is a shithole.

Wood 'ed, that's the one. Couldn't remember it's name this morning and couldn't see owt up there either due to slightly adverse weather conditions.
I'm going back there sometime though, as there looks to be plenty of BIG 'ills to wander around and up.  cloud9:
Some big bicycle race thingy going on up there today. They all looked well 'acked off like in their wet lycra. lol:

20c coming back down towards the motorway! Unbelievable!  eeek:
