Yesterday and again today I have the most awful lower back pain ................... Worryingly this is how the problem started last time.  scared2:

District Nurse in the guise of Senior Scary Sister has been today.

She is also babetastic ~ She says I am healed ..... or at least the bum problem is.

She gave me a hug and said I had been a wonderful patient. cloud9:
