Some years ago a supplier phoned me offering lunch at Rules (http://www.rules.co.uk/) and a VIP box for some rugby game at Wembley. We went by limousine. After the match we were  taken back by limousine to Rules for dinner. cloud9:

I called him on the Monday to thank him only to be told he had been sacked. He had maxed out the corporate credit card as revenge
