So, I'm out walking my dog this morning and a truck approaches at some speed. I pull my dog over to the side of the road and as the truck gets closer I notice a dog in the back of it...
Truck dog notices my dog and stands up for a better look - and promptly tumbles out onto the road...
It was going quite fast - I was sure it would be killed or at least seriously injured. The driver ignored (or didn't see/hear) my shouts and arm waving.
So, I figure that as soon as the driver realises there is no longer a dog in the back of his truck he will re-trace his journey to find it. The road is a dead-end so he can't possibly be passing through... So, I patrol the road but no sign of the owner...
Now I have a spare dog if anybody is interested?
