This morning I am going on a visit with one of the officers in my team. This woman has been abusive to him , demanding that he provides this , that and the other.

She rang him yesterday and asked for a copy of his report and that he photocopies this 5 times for her and then hand delivers it to her  Banghead .

I told him to say the copy of the report would be in reception if she wanted to pick it up personally and if she wanted photocopies she would have to go and do these herself.

If she becomes abusive this  morning then I will advise my officer to leave and will be withdrawing any future service from this wumman., She believes she is 'highly connected' and that she pays our wages...that sort of thing.

Pub this afternoon anyone ???

On impulse I sent in my details  whistle:

I have just had a call to ask if I can meet them this afternoon    eeek:whistle:

I have nothing much else to do in August anyhoo   whistle:
