Had a nice day out Mr G?

Yea actually. Started getting a bit too hot for my liking though.
Not much totty to look at, but the cars were as stupendous as ever. cloud9:

1975 Mini Clubman 1100 with a down to the metal respray and full renovation, finished in Harvest Gold, up for grabs at a mere £3850.
Absolutely stunning condition.
I WAS tempted but JUST resisted the very strong temptaion.

I'd have had the lights off the front of it , but the owner was guarding it when he saw me lookin' shifty like. whistle:

lol:  I like it.  The Big Apple Pear

Anyway, talking of apples I'm making some apple sauce  cloud9:

Should it be apple sauce or applesauce ?   rubschin:

It may even be the Big Pair  eyes:

I have been looking (not all the time obviously) at that symbol for years and whilst I know what it meant I have only just seen what I assume I should have been seeing in an Escher sort of way. redface:

BM.
Soz mate. No lights for sale, well not for a Mini.
Just box loads of utter utter utter unwanted rusty shite and garbage that nobody would ever want, mostly unlabelled and extremely random.
Why do they actually bother carting all this tat and rusty shite around for decade after piggin' decade ey, WHY?
Bloody beats me i tell you. Shrugs:

NOBODY wants any of your shite, so do yerself a favour, you scruffy baked bean stained flea ridden jumper wearing scruffy unshaven unkempt '1990 delapidated Transit owning dlithering slithering council house tenant, and go lob it all on the tip, and stop building our never to be satisfied and forever strained hopes up, only to be dashed and let down after rummaging through your garbage, tiime after rancid piggin' time.   sad32:

They're prolly the tossers that reply to those ads. You should have told 'em, "ooh that's just what I was looking for", [long pause, no, not yours]...."but I managed to get one last week, best of luck with the sale mate"  ;)

 lol:

BM ain't gonna be a happy bunny anyway. I'm not an 'appy funny either, as I couldn't find the stuff/bibs/bobs that i wanted for me project either. evil:

Not absolutely sure I'd want a classic car in concourse condition you know.  rubschin:

Some of the owners look SSSSSSSSSO geeky and anal, with signs up all over the place threatening you with death (almost) of you so much as breathe over their precious metal.

There were a couple of 'ratty' cars there in various stages of renovation and unkemptnussnuss, which I found quite appealing tbh. cloud9:

... Failing that, the NEC Classic Car Show beckons in November. whistle:

11th, 12th and 13th IIRC. Me and Barman are thinking of coming up  whistle:

How come it's more expensive on the Friday, I'd have thought the weekend dates would be more expensive  Shrugs:
