Yea actually. Started getting a bit too hot for my liking though.
Not much totty to look at, but the cars were as stupendous as ever.

1975 Mini Clubman 1100 with a down to the metal respray and full renovation, finished in Harvest Gold, up for grabs at a mere £3850. 
Absolutely stunning condition.
I WAS tempted but JUST resisted the very strong temptaion.

I'd have had the lights off the front of it , but the owner was guarding it when he saw me lookin' shifty like.

I have been looking (not all the time obviously) at that symbol for years and whilst I know what it meant I have only just seen what I assume I should have been seeing in an Escher sort of way.

They're prolly the tossers that reply to those ads. You should have told 'em, "ooh that's just what I was looking for", [long pause, no, not yours]...."but I managed to get one last week, best of luck with the sale mate"

BM ain't gonna be a happy bunny anyway. I'm not an 'appy funny either, as I couldn't find the stuff/bibs/bobs that i wanted for me project either.

Not absolutely sure I'd want a classic car in concourse condition you know. 

Some of the owners look SSSSSSSSSO geeky and anal, with signs up all over the place threatening you with death (almost) of you so much as breathe over their precious metal.

There were a couple of 'ratty' cars there in various stages of renovation and unkemptnussnuss, which I found quite appealing tbh.

How come it's more expensive on the Friday, I'd have thought the weekend dates would be more expensive

That's just fine. You'll be more than welcome in fact. Most excellent time absolutely guaranteed, 'specially with Top Gear Live with Jezza and co.  next door too.

Just DO NOT expect me to be 'anging around with a 4' teddy bear in the foya foyea foyher entrance hall waiting for your arrival. 
You would be more than welcome to ring me when you get there though, and we could meet up elswhere.
