i) Combustible material
ii) Source of ignition
iii) Oxygen

That's given me an idea regarding the barking dogs.

Today I am going to a gym.  I have not been in one for years. This is the Sheffield area. It is not going to be a good experience.

I've recently started trotting on the tread mill. 

Think I've manged the equivelant of 0.1 of a kilometre so far before collapsing with exhaustion. 
How's that werk then ey, and here's me thinking about doin' the 4.5 mile mountain race up 'me 'ill next August      ...2012 that is, not 2013.

Fire training 

I remember it well. "Blah, blah, blah, as a rule of thumb don't tackle a fire if it's over 300mm in height"...... Blah, blah, blah all day long, then came the recap...... "who can tell me what you do on discovering a fire", young Lloyd pipes up, "measure it"     ..... he's now a senior manager for a large nationwide contractor, he was always gonna go far that lad

My brain feels addled 

A very complex piece of work today which I started first thing. After an hour I realised I was making some oversights so had to start again  . At least I spotted the problem before getting too far.
By mid-afternoon it was complete and despatched ... fingers crossed 
Late afternoon I get a phone call from the factory ... files received and they are perfect  ...

... Only one thing we forgot to tell you is that the bit on the right hand side is wrong ... our fault     

Learning curves never cease do they?  Files corrected and will be despatched in the morning when I've time to sleep on it 

Right now it's time for a
