I have had an unexpected phone call today !

My ex father in law , who moved abroad when the brat was about 4, with his new wife.

He still stays in touch with the brat via her dad etc but he rang today to speak to me  eeek:

He just wanted to say he was proud of me for raising the brat   eeek: he obviously has very little expectations. Left me thinking he is going through a 'to do ' list . He says he is ok but i guess he would  rubschin:

Quite possibly, but they usually contain disproportionate amounts of honesty.

Odds are, he really does think you have done a good job, as you no doubt have. I know it just doesn't feel that way at the time.

I have decided that I need to 'get a man in'.  I have not been able to do as much in the garden as I would liked due to circumstances beyond my control.  The garden here is on a slope I fear I may need an 'up hill gardener' I am not at all sure how to word the advert.  noooo:

PM Tipsy like....

It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.

^^^Wot he said.^^^ Only he said it far more succinctly than I did.

I am still looking for advice for my advert and no I am not going to ask Tipsy so when you two have stopped pooing on each others heads or at the very least purchased one of my 'all new' crap deflecting bonnets please focus on the task.  noooo:

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

I am still looking for advice for my advert

Lets do it like the 3 word story (only without the word limit).

I will start:

"Mature, eccentric lady seeks. . . "
