Personally I argue with them .... usually it is a pyrrhic victory as they have the upper hand and the needles but it give me some small measure of satisfaction.


Questions like "How long have you been practising doctor?" and when the doc replies "10 years" (or whatever) I hit them with the old "Any chance you could find me a doctor who has finished practising and knows what he is doing" cheer me immensely but the doctors don't seem to find it funny.

APart from my mad GP I find the bastards to be arrogant with deficient interpersonal skills. DUring my relatively few (mercifully) stays in hospital I got sick of being talked about and across rather than being talked to as though I had some sort of brain.....
