Thanks Nick, I guess it's safe to say that cold calling B2B sales is not my forte but I'd been hoping to last long enough to get something else lined up.

Thanks, I've spent most of the last 10 years being the techie in the background running the dialler and doing the analytics. I'd forgotten what it was like to be on the phones. It didn't really help being told by some italian guy that I sounded like an indian on one call.  noooo:

I'm a Geordie who has lived for years in Cornwall before moving to Suffolk for the last year so I've been used to people saying I sound Welsh or Irish but Indian is a bit out of left field.  lol:
