I wish I had noted down the verbal exchanges on the subject between Mrs DS#2 and our eldest daughter.
It would have made a good play.

It seems all you have to do these days is see something you want , utter the legal binding words "owned" and is if by magic the transfer rights of the property in question are magically swapped
