I am off the sweat centre this afternoon then home for a big nosh up  cloud9:

I've just got back from the sweat centre (longer on the treadmill than ever, heart rate up higher than I've got it before, longer cooldown than ever before  :thumbsup: ) Considering I didn't feel like it this morning, I am most chuffed with meself like

I'm busy that day like  whistle:

You mean fun like one of the girls at the gym that I assume does long distance/marathon running. She pushes and pushes herself on the treadmill, the stepper and the cross-trainer, always appears to be in agony, never smiles.

If you are going to do something like that  in life, surely it's important that you enjoy some aspect of it. I am however prepared to accept that she feels elated when crossing the line, but I would imagine she's forgotton how to express joy at that point  confused:

Oh no, there are far far better focal points than that. Those young female instructors in black lycra showing groups how to do the exercises about four foot in front of me tend to draw the eye a little. Trouble is I forget how mny repititions I've done  lol:

I am in Stamford  eyes:

As you didn't answer when I called Im back home in Werstshire.  Full English followed by the Battle of Bosworth... what were they fighting over (?), then home.
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.
