I am currently doing some on-line training.  There are several modules to complete and the pass level is 75%.

The answers are multiple choice. I have just had to fail the last module.....

Question.  How much would the surcharge be if a customer was not on an LLU?

Answers.

1. £5.99
2 £10.99
3 £24.99

I submitted £5.99  INCORRECT the computer informed me, the correct answer is £7.00  Banghead Banghead

I phoned the company to be told that 'that's typical I will inform the powers that be you will have to re take the test get that one wrong and get the rest right'.   cussing: cussing:

I've decided my boss is an evil sod, hides the freesat remote after setting it to the vault then goes off for 2 days. it's been a constant feed of shite pop music. if I have to listen to Rhianna, Little Mix, Busted etc much longer im going to lose my remaining marbles.

I'd sell my er BM's soul for some Ramones right now.   Banghead

the TVs have to be on and showing a channel, can't even swap the box without dismantling the entire display.

That is cool.  We have a wood pile at the bottom of the garden a few crates and two pallets might be a winter project for me.  on the other hand the wood pile is a pretty good bug house as it stands I would have thought, seems a shame to disturb them just to rehouse them, it's not as if I will be putting in an inside lav and electricity to get them out of the slum that they currently live in.  rubschin:
