I think they work on the 'by the time I've seen em they will have worked out whats wrong and either cured themselves or at least will tell me how to treat them', philosophy.

I am awaiting the return of the Staff who has the use of the courtesy roller skate, followed by the Manager of the Repair Garage driving my beautiful car, all fixed.
