I fear it will all end in tears.

Yes, but all at the last minute. I know we shouldn't complain, but the companies have no consideration for people like us. I have just spent all of my Sunday downloading last minute playlists for the coming week. I informed them all...."to avoid disappointment on your special day, please ensure all requests are submitted at least one week before reception date"
Does anyone pay attention?...... noooo:

People need us there for ceremonies, reception entrances, I even have a wedding where I have to play tunes during the speeches....they are everton fans so Z cars as they enter, fog on the tyne for the geordies, ferry across the mersey for the scousers and step on for the manU fans. Then songs for dinner, cake cutting and evening disco.... angry041:

Luckily I am stuck at home so can do this, if I was able bodied, I would not have the time to do this shit in such a short space of time.

yup, business is betterer, :thumbsup: but its 2;20 and I'm doing invoices surrender:. If i didn't have a knackered foot, I would be going to work tomorrow and none of this stuff would get done. . We are on that awkward balance between self employed/business owners where we are not quite busy enough to not have to do the gigs ourselves, and run it purely as a business, and still having cover the gigs too. .....we are nearly there. One more decent contract and we can just be bosses and run the company.
