Today I have mostly been pummelled by Sonia in the interest of giving me some weeks of a tolerable back

I will now obey her strict instructions not to do anything too strenuous for the next 24 hours.  Yeah like that was ever a risk.

Scan showed nothing untoward. Just a nasty infection. Car got broken into while I was at the hosptial  cussing: cussing: cussing: cussing:
